吴耀，江苏武进人，一九五三年生。现为中国书法家协会会员、山东省书法家协会理事兼创作委员会委员、山东省文史书画研究会副会长、济南市书法家协会副主席、济南兰亭书法院副院长。其作品多次入选中国书法家协会主办的全国书法篆刻展、全国中青年书法篆刻展、中国书法家协会优秀会员作品展、中国现代书画美术作品展，国际书法艺术联合展及国内外大型书法艺术交流活动。一九九二年荣获国际书法临摹大展一等奖，一九九三年荣获国际文化交流荣誉奖，一九九八年参加山东六书家作品展，同年山东电视台推出《吴耀的书法艺术》专辑。其作品及传略分别编入《当代中国书法作品集》、《当代中国书法艺术大成》、《二十世纪国际现代书法篆刻作品荟萃》、《国际现代书画家大辞典》及各类展览作品专集。
    吴耀书法风格简述 篆书和隶书意韵高古，书卷气颇浓；草书则气象宏大，意味绵长，即便是尺牍信札，也往往有磅礴之势。在他擅长的不同书体中以线的运动、丰富的空间变化和奇逸的造型表现出浪漫、豪放、自然、率真的艺术风格。
    Wu, born in 1953. Members of Chinese Calligraphers Association, director of Shandong Calligraphers Association and Members of creative calligraphy Committee, vice president of study of literature and history and painting and calligraphy in shandong, Vice Chairman of Jinan calligrapher Association. His many works was Taken part in Chinese Calligraphers Association National Calligraphy seal Exhibition, and the National middle-aged and young seal calligraphy exhibition and Chinese Calligraphers Association outstanding Members Exhibition, and Modern Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition and the International Calligraphy Art Exhibition and United Exhibition a large of calligraphy art exchange activities at home and abroad. In 1992, won the first prize for the international calligraphy copy exhibition,
     in 1993,won the Honor Award for international cultural exchanges, in 1998,taken part in united exhibition of six calligraphers , the same year, SDTV launched album of “art of Wu Yao’s calligraphy”. His Works and brief biography incorporated into"Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy Works", "Contemporary Chinese art of calligraphy collection," "21th century works of international modern calligraphy seal collection", "International Dictionary of modern art" and the works album various of types of exhibitions.
